Loom’s service offerings
Start with the Impact Framework Workshop. If it reframes your work in a meaningful way, the other offers below are next steps we can take together.

Impact Framework Workshop
Start hereStarting out with this reframe, when you don’t know whether you need or could benefit from a full strategic planning effort.
An impact statement: the reframe of your work from your day-to-day activities to the outcome that you exist to create in your community.
A first look at how your current activities may or may not map to your impact statement.
Three sessions, two hours each, in person or remote, over 2 to 3 weeks.

Strategic Planning
For when you’re ready to figure out what needs to be added, what to remove, and how to run it.
You can absolutely start here. Phase 1 is a deeper version of the Impact Framework Workshop.
The new plan to move forward, in the context of your Impact Framework: what to add, what to remove, and an operations plan to run over the next 3 years, with verification metrics built in so you know if the strategies are working.

“We had island-wide ambitions, but lacked a roadmap to start the journey to making our vision a reality. [A]fter our engagement with Loom, we feel more squarely on a path to achieving our goal.”
Enrico Nardone
Executive Director, Seatuck Environmental Association
“We were directed to think through plans and test them against the goals we set.”

Depending on the organization, 4 to 6 months total. Strategic planning doesn’t have to be done in one big go.
Continuous Verification: every quarter, Loom comes back to help you step out of the weeds and make sense of your data.
Focused Impact Measurement
If you don’t need planning support right now, this is a good middle ground. Set yourself up to measure whether your day-to-day activities have been, and are, having an impact on the outcome you exist to create.
It also works after the Impact Framework Workshop, as a deep dive into one or two of the metrics that came out of it.
1 to 3 reference measurements for the impact that your day-to-day activities have.
